An 8-week relational coaching program for couples ready to break patterns and reconnect.
This couples coaching program is for couples who love each other, but feel stuck.
Stuck in the same arguments.
Stuck in cycles of escalation and shutdown.
Stuck feeling emotionally distant, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite good intentions.
Rather than focusing on surface-level communication tools, this work helps couples understand why patterns keep repeating and how to shift them from the inside out, so the relationship can feel safer, steadier, and more connected.
This is not about fixing one partner or deciding who’s right.
It’s about learning how your nervous systems interact, how repair actually happens, and how to come back to each other when things get hard.
My approach is relational, trauma-trained, and nervous-system informed.
We focus on emotional safety rather than blame, patterns rather than positions, and repair rather than winning. Sessions are direct, compassionate, and practical: We work with what’s actually happening between you, in real time.
Instead of endless processing, we practice new ways of responding so change shows up in your relationship, not just in insight.
I integrate Relational Life Therapy (RLT) principles, nervous-system regulation, breath-based practices, and family-of-origin awareness to help couples create lasting change.
Couples often seek coaching around:

Contact me to schedule an initial conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been happening in your relationship and whether this program feels like a good fit.
We discuss goals, timing, and whether both partners are ready to engage in this work, or whether beginning with one partner makes sense.
Couples coaching sessions are relational, practical, and emotionally safe. We work with real moments, real patterns, and real repair.
Couples coaching is relational, trauma-trained support designed to help partners move out of reactive patterns and back into connection.
Rather than focusing only on communication techniques, we work with:
This work is about creating a relationship that feels steadier, safer, and more honest.
This program is for couples who:
No. This is coaching, not psychotherapy.
The work is trauma-trained, nervous-system informed, and emotionally safe, but it is:
If additional therapeutic support is needed, I am always transparent and collaborative.
Most approaches focus on what to say. My work focuses on how your nervous systems relate.
We work with:
This creates real change in how your relationship feels, not just how you communicate.
That’s very common. Sometimes couples begin together. Sometimes one partner starts first. Change in one nervous system often shifts the relational dynamic.
We move at a pace that feels emotionally safe and realistic for both people.
No. Many couples come before things feel “bad.”
This work also supports couples who want:
Yes. Emotional distance is often a protective nervous-system response, not a lack of love.
This work helps couples rebuild safety, reduce shutdown and escalation, and experience closeness without pressure. Connection becomes something you can return to, even during conflict.
