I hired Courtney to do a corporate group retreat for my team of managers and it was incredible. I got to go through the whole weekend with them and it helped us all see each other as true humans at the end of the day. She kept creating safe spaces for everyone on the team to get very real and vulnerable. It was an opportunity for everyone to share highs and lows.
