People attend IW retreats for various reasons, such as seeking relaxation, grief support, stress relief, fitness improvement, hormone management, healing from trauma support, parenting support, healthy eating education, mindfulness practices, somatic practices, personal growth, a digital detox, and a break from daily routines. Our retreats offer a holistic approach to well-being, addressing physical, mental, and emotional health through activities like yoga, meditation and breathwork, spa treatments, nutritious meals, art, and outdoor adventures.
Depending on the type of retreat, the activities and workshops will vary. What is certain are the connections built, the amazing retreat space, delicious and nutritious food, impactful knowledge shared, the level of support given, invitations to rest and reflect, and the amount of laughter heard by all.
