About Courtney

I know what it’s like to fight to hold your family close when life feels unrecognizable.

After losing my son, I found myself navigating not only my own grief, but also the complex and different ways each person in my family was grieving.

It was messy, tender, and often overwhelming—and it taught me that connection isn’t automatic, it’s intentional. Now, as a trauma trained family coach, couples coach, and breathwork facilitator, I help other families create safe, compassionate spaces to heal together, even when the journey feels impossible. Because no one should have to choose between honoring their own process and staying close to the people they love most.

My work began with my own family’s story—one of loss, love, and learning how to stay connected through it all

My story

24 Years Coaching but more importantly...

I didn’t set out to become a family coach or a couples therapeutic coach. This work began in the trenches of my own life—learning how to parent through grief, navigate marriage in the midst of loss, and keep a home filled with love even when every heart inside it was hurting.
Those years taught me what no textbook could: that grief, change, and life’s hardest seasons will test every bond you have. But they also taught me that with the right tools, you can come out the other side even more connected than before.

I combine trauma trained coaching, breathwork, and nervous system regulation with a deep understanding of how families and partnerships work—and sometimes don’t work—under stress.
This isn’t about quick fixes or pretending everything is fine. It’s about creating safety, understanding, and tools that fit your family, so everyone can be seen, heard, and supported in their own way.

When I’m not working with couples and families, you’ll find me hiking or biking in the mountains, on the water, spending time with my family, or exercising. My life is far from perfect—and it’s full of connection, which is what I hope to help you find, too.
