Understanding yourself on a deeper level empowers you to make conscious choices, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and builds resilience to widen our tolerance to life’s uncertainties, along with strengthens the relationships within your family. 

As a Trauma-informed breathwork practitioner,  I have undergone specialized training to understand the principles of trauma and its effects on the nervous system. I approach breathwork practices with sensitivity and adapt them to meet the unique needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.

By integrating trauma-informed principles such as safety, choice, and empowerment into breathwork sessions, I strive to create a space where participants can engage in the practice at their own pace, honoring their boundaries and fostering a sense of agency. This approach can support individuals in processing and releasing trauma-related stress, promoting relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

Self-Mastery Coaching Program

I believe we all have some form of healing to do. We also can increase the quality of our lives by understanding ourselves on a more authentic level. My self-mastery coaching program is designed to empower individuals to take control of their lives by deeply understanding themselves, embodying self compassion, and learning to be open to growth and healing. By leaning into specific strategies, practices (mindset and somatic), and reflections, my clients can achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. This program has been used by young adults and individuals courageously ready to move into a healthier version of themselves. 

As a trauma informed coach, I respect where you are at in this journey of healing and learning. We find the pace that works for you. With emotional safety as our main objective, we work with the three steps to healing trauma (from The Trauma Institute) of sharing, having corrective experiences, and releasing. This is done in individual ways (all highly practiced and researched) and  on your own time. 

For parents of young adults seeking support, my coaching program  highlights the importance of connections, safety, and support.

Initial Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand my client’s current situation, wounds, traumas, strengths, areas for growth, and goals they want to achieve.​

Together, we establish clear, specific, and achievable goals and desires for growth, healing, personal and professional growth. These goals serve as the foundation for the coaching journey.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I provide personalized support, guidance, somatic practices, and accountability to help my client overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and make meaningful progress towards their desires.

The program includes exercises, healing experiences, assessments, and reflective activities to help my client gain deeper self-awareness, identify limiting beliefs, and uncover their values, passions, and purpose. We explore traumas in a safe way, evaluate relationships with self and others, and various personal experiences that are impacting their growth.

I help my client cultivate a growth mindset, develop resilience, and overcome self-doubt and fear. We explore strategies for managing stress, building confidence, minimizing self sabotage, and maintaining motivation. We learn to embody these beliefs by not just talking about them but adding in somatic practices.

The program includes skill-building activities and strategies to enhance areas such as communication, time management, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and leadership. Many obstacles such as procrastination are often times a trauma response. When we take this lens, we tap into a deeper level of healing.

Together, my client and I create actionable plans with specific steps and timelines. I compassionately hold my client accountable, provide feedback, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure progress is being made and felt.

Throughout the program, my clients reflect on their wins, learn from setbacks, and celebrates milestones. They gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their capabilities, fostering a sense of fulfillment and self-worth. I strongly believe structure and discipline are the paths to freedom and self knowing.

My coaching program concludes with a focus on integrating newfound insights, habits, and skills into my client’s daily life. I provide strategies for maintaining progress and continuing the journey of self-mastery beyond the program.
