This work centers you as the emotional leader of your family. We focus on how your nervous system, stress responses, and communication patterns shape your parenting, especially during moments of conflict, overwhelm, or shutdown.
Parent coaching is not about fixing your child. It's about supporting you so you can respond with steadiness, clarity, and compassion, even when things are hard.
My approach is relational, trauma-trained, and nervous-system informed. Rather than focusing on rules, consequences, or surface-level strategies, we work from the inside out, helping you understand your own patterns so you can lead with both strength and tenderness.
