Summer Yoga · 2026

Move, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Three summer classes — breath-led, trauma-informed, and open to every body. Roll out your mat, soften your shoulders, and let your nervous system remember what calm feels like.

Yoga at Inner Wellness

Not about the perfect pose — about coming back to you.

My yoga isn't about pushing harder or bending further. It's a slow, breath-led practice designed to help you feel safe in your own body again — to release the tension you've been carrying and reconnect with the calm that already lives inside you.

Every class is trauma-informed and fully optional. You'll never be pushed past your edge. Whether you've practiced for years or you're rolling out a mat for the first time, there's a place for you on this floor.

McCloud FlowTuesdays · Evening

McCloud Flow

Tuesdays · 5:30pm
New series TBD · 6-week series
All levels · breath-led flow

A warm, breath-led flow. We move slowly enough to feel every breath, building heat and steadiness while keeping you connected to your body the whole way through. Expect grounded sequencing, long exhales, and a deeply settled nervous system by the time you reach the mat's edge.

All levels · playful flow

Fun, playful flow woven together with gentle breathwork. This is the practice for the overwhelmed and the worn-thin — a chance to lean into lightness, soften what you've been holding, and take a break midweek. Follow Mt. Shasta Resort to see the schedule.

Saturday Community Flow

Saturdays · 9:00–10:00am
Begins June 13 · drop-in all summer
Every age & ability · donation-based

An all-levels, all-ages morning practice meant to be shared. Bring a friend, bring your family, bring whatever you arrived with. We move, we breathe, and we remember we're not doing this alone. Donation-based so everyone has a place on the floor.
