Breathe your way back to yourself.
Why is it needed?
Trauma-informed breathwork refers to the application of breathwork techniques in a way that takes into account the potential impact of trauma on individuals. It recognizes that trauma can affect the body, mind, and emotions, and aims to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and transformation.
As a Trauma-informed breathwork practitioner, I have undergone specialized training to understand the principles of trauma and its effects on the nervous system. I approach breathwork practices with sensitivity and adapt them to meet the unique needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.
By integrating trauma-informed principles such as safety, choice, pace, and empowerment into breathwork sessions, I strive to create a space where participants can engage in the practice at their own pace, honoring their boundaries and fostering a sense of agency.
