How it works.

Each series is designed to meet you in a specific season of your journey — whether you're grieving, learning to reparent yourself, or building a breathwork practice for resilience and regulation.

Throughout the year, we run a variety of 4-week live programs. You can join one series, or participate in multiple as you feel called.

Grief Series

Navigating Loss Together

Grief touches every part of us — body, heart, spirit, and relationships. In this 4-week series, we move through the four pillars of healing — Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, and Relational — to create a grounded, holistic path forward. You'll learn tools to care for your body in the stress of loss, give language to your emotions, find meaning and hope in your spiritual life, and strengthen connections with the people who matter most.
